About the Family Van:
The Family Van is a mobile health clinic founded in 1992 that works with low-income Boston communities to improve the health and well-being of residents and their families. By bringing preventive health care directly to medically underserved neighborhoods, The Family Van improves health outcomes among people whose needs are not met by the traditional health care system.
Mobile Health Map (MHM) is a national collaborative that helps mobile clinics measure, improve, and communicate their impact. Through innovative digital tools and resources, MHM supports an estimated 3,600+ mobile clinics across the country to model their cost-effectiveness and health impact, positioning mobile clinics as integral components of the U.S. health care system. The Family Van/Mobile Health Map (MHM) Program of Harvard Medical School is the only national repository of mobile clinic data and a leading resource for research on mobile health care delivery. We are seeking a mission driven public health professional to help strengthen and expand our national research collaborative by engaging mobile clinic leaders and researchers, supporting them to use MHM’s analytic tools, and improving the quality and completeness of data contributed to our national registry.
We are seeking a mission driven public health professional to help strengthen and expand our national research collaborative by engaging mobile clinic leaders and researchers, supporting them to use Mobile Health Map (MHM)’s analytic tools, and improving the quality and completeness of data contributed to our national registry. In this role, the Impact & Engagement Associate will focus on training and educating mobile clinic leadership and research teams to measure, improve, and communicate their impact using MHM tools and data. The IEA will also represent MHM through presentations, trainings, and partnerships that advance evidence based mobile health care and inform policy and practice. Working under the supervision of the Assistant Director - MHM and collaborating closely with the broader Family Van/Mobile Health Map team, the successful candidate will be a process oriented, a strategic thinker, a detailed implementer who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

Work Format Details
This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that the duties and responsibilities can effectively be performed fully remotely at a non-Harvard location. Employees in fully remote positions must work all scheduled hours in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. At the discretion of the department, fully remote employees may occasionally be required on site at a Harvard location. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
Salary Grade and Ranges
