We are happy to learn of your interest in pursuing ministry with Novo's Global Partners. The information below summarizes the initial (Phase I) application process for Novo ministry staff candidacy.  Application documents are used by those responsible for selecting ministry candidates for Global Partners to prepare for further conversation and to discern ministry preparedness with Novo. 

1. Phase I starts with the initial application. The information you provide on the app will help us to learn more about your spiritual journey and what brought you to us.

2. After you complete the initial app, we will follow up with an invitation to complete a Life History Questionnaire (which documents how your story has shaped you and prepared you for ministry), APEST (an online, self-assessment tool that measures your behavior against the FiveFold Ministry standards found in Ephesians 4), and GRIP (an online spiritual gifts assessment).
