Mid- Level Full Stack Developer

IncubatorLab.ai is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our global remote team!

Role Objective

As a Full Stack Developer at IncubatorLab.ai, you will be the core engine behind our e-commerce web applications. You will serve as the connective tissue between aesthetic front-end design and robust back-end execution—taking our tech-forward digital products, optimizing their user experience, and building high-performing, scalable infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Stack Development: Build, maintain, and scale responsive features across both front-end and back-end web architectures.
• Website Optimization: Diagnose and resolve speed bottlenecks to dramatically improve web performance and consistently hit target Core Web Vitals metrics.
• API Integration: Seamlessly embed, build, and deploy reliable third-party API integrations to connect our systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Testing & Debugging: Identify, isolate, and debug technical glitches or system bugs across various browsers and environments to ensure smooth deployment.
• E-commerce Execution: Implement best practices for high-converting online storefronts, ensuring secure processing, optimized code structure, and intuitive user navigation.
• Structure Maintenance: Keep the site codebase organized, clean, and well-documented to support continuous iteration and future feature updates.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development with a heavy, hands-on focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Deep proficiency in our core development stack: React, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expert Shopify Knowledge: Must have proven experience building and managing Shopify Custom Themes and developing Shopify Custom Apps.
• Data & Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience querying and designing with GraphQL and managing relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Deployment Experience: Practical experience managing app deployments and environments through Railway.
• Technical Performance: Strong familiarity with web testing suites, tracking tools, and technical strategies built around optimizing Core Web Vitals and loading speeds.
• Problem Solving: Excellent debugging, engineering, and diagnostic skills for rapid troubleshooting across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Qualities That Are Nice to Have

• Shopify Expertise: Strong development experience customizing Shopify environments, including a deep understanding of Liquid, theme configuration, and Shopify apps.
• Basic understanding of modern performance marketing conventions and conversion-driven e-commerce layout structures.

Working Hours: Async-First

We are a global, remote team. We don’t care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and the quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication. This ensures we stay agile and can iterate on winning ideas in real-time.
