The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing large, complex datasets and applying statistical models to drive strategic decisions across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analytic solutions for strategic and tactical service activities.
- Deliver insights through dashboards, visuals, and graphical displays in self-service formats.
- Translate customer needs and use cases into analytic solutions with minimal supervision.
- Analyze large and complex datasets related to supply chain and operations.
- Identify, source, and integrate data from disparate systems.
- Apply statistical models and algorithms to generate insights that influence business decisions.
- Detect deviations in process or system performance and apply appropriate analytical techniques.
- Communicate analytical methods and outputs effectively to stakeholders.
- Support specific supply chain functions including Planning, Fulfilment, Procurement, and Finance.
- Work within AGILE delivery lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations analytics.
- Basic professional certification in analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and/or non-relational database design.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodology and analytics delivery lifecycle.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques.
