About the Role

If you love bringing people together and making events run seamlessly, this Project Manager (Meeting Planner) role might be your next move. You’ll lead pharmaceutical meetings and events from early planning through on-site execution and final wrap-up, keeping every detail on track along the way. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing logistics, client collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You’ll have the chance to own multiple programs at once and make a visible impact from start to finish.

 

You’re Good At

• Managing multiple meetings and events at once while staying organized, calm, and deadline-focused
• Building strong relationships with clients, coworkers, venues, and service providers
• Leading projects from kickoff to close-out, including timelines, written materials, and on-site execution
• Solving problems quickly and confidently while keeping programs moving forward
• Communicating clearly and professionally, whether you’re giving direction, sharing updates, or making recommendations

 

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree in a business-related field
• Two years of experience in meeting planning or meetings management within the pharmaceutical meetings industry. 
• Experience supporting both small- and large-scale meeting formats
• Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and HTML

 

You Should Know

• This is a work from home position for those located in the US.  This role will operate primarily in the Eastern time zone.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Life Sciences (Pharma)  is between $60,000 - $75,000.
