We're building out our marketing function and looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist to help tell our story across social, sales collateral, and customer-facing content.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support content creation, brand storytelling, and marketing operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating compelling stories through social content, customer use cases, sales collateral, and visual design. You'll work closely with the marketing lead to bring Aereos' brand to life across channels.

What You'll Do

- Create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including copy, some graphics, and short-form video

- Write and design customer use cases and case studies that showcase Aereos' work

- Support the development of sales and marketing collateral (one-pagers, presentations, tradeshow materials, etc.)

- Provide graphic design support using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

- Conduct basic market, competitor, and industry research to inform content writing.

- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

- Support ad hoc projects as needed

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

- Strong writing skills with an eye for visual storytelling

- Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

- Experience creating content for social media (coursework, internships, or personal projects count)

- Photography and/or video editing experience a plus

- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable doing research to support content decisions

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction while also bringing creative ideas to the table

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

- Experience or coursework in digital marketing strategy

- Interest in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries

- Experience with short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels or TikTok
