The Role We're looking for a sharp, ambitious marketing leader to own everything from the big strategy to the granular execution — and genuinely love doing both. For the Marketing Director role, you will be working directly with the CEO and collaborating with a cross-functional team.
What You'll Do
Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid marketing, and product marketing.
Lead and manage a team across development, design, and data functions.
Drive growth initiatives and monitor key metrics including MQLs, sign-ups, conversions, CAC, and LTV.
Develop and refine the company's product narrative and marketing messaging.
Collaborate with the Shopify team on joint campaigns, audience initiatives, and cross-channel marketing efforts.
Work directly with the CEO to support marketing priorities and business growth.

Who You Are
Previous experience in a SaaS or MarTech environment.
Ability to move from strategy and planning to execution and campaign delivery.
Experience managing technical team members.
Interest in or familiarity with the creator and influencer marketing industry.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership while collaborating closely with development teams.
Shopify and e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
