Develop and refine educational materials for an online adult education program, including lectures, workshops, and assessments. Collaborate with the methodology team to ensure content is practical, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.

We are looking for experienced marketing experts to contribute to the development and refinement of educational materials for our online Weiterbildung program for adults in Germany.
We are currently looking for experts in two areas:
🔹 Content & Social Media — content marketing, social media, short-form video, communities, influencer campaigns, and performance metrics.
🔹 Web Presence — web design, WordPress, SEO, search visibility, accessibility, and website requirements in Germany.
review and validate existing course materials and project content;
update and expand materials from previous programs;
develop lectures, practical workshops, assignments, templates, checklists, and tests;
create project assignments and assessment rubrics;
identify gaps in the existing curriculum and develop missing content from scratch;
provide relevant tools, examples, sources, and real-world cases;
ensure materials are practical, up-to-date, and aligned with current industry standards;
incorporate relevant German and European market requirements where applicable;
work within the existing Curriculum and Project Line structure and collaborate with the methodology team.
Depending on your area of expertise:
Content & Social Media:
develop materials on short-form video, content planning, social media management, communities, and performance metrics;
cover influencer and blogger campaigns, including advertising disclosure requirements;
prepare practical templates such as content plans, creator briefs, and advertising checklists.
Web Presence:
develop materials on WordPress, web design, SEO, and search optimization;
create practical materials and checklists for website design, launch, accessibility, and data protection;
develop templates for SEO research, work planning, and collaboration with contractors.
higher education in a relevant field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree);
at least 3 years of practical professional experience in your area of expertise;
strong hands-on experience with real brands, businesses, clients, or marketing projects;
experience creating structured professional materials such as presentations, guides, workshops, templates, checklists, or practical assignments;
ability to structure complex professional knowledge into clear and practical learning materials;
up-to-date knowledge of relevant tools, practices, and industry standards;
ability to work independently within an existing curriculum and develop missing content where needed;
fluent Russian;
German is an advantage, particularly for working with German market requirements and examples, but is not mandatory.
For Content & Social Media experts:
3+ years of experience in content marketing and social media;
experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn;
practical experience with short-form video and influencer campaigns.
For Web Presence experts:
3+ years of experience in web design, WordPress, SEO, or related areas;
experience building or improving websites and working on search visibility;
knowledge of German website requirements, including data protection and accessibility, is an advantage.
