ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about social media, content creation and communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, you'll support the delivery of campaigns, create engaging content and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives across the business.

A key focus of this role is managing and growing Pureprofile's LinkedIn presence. You'll plan, create, schedule and optimise content that builds brand awareness, showcases thought leadership and drives engagement with our target audiences.


As part of a global organisation, you'll collaborate with team members and work on campaigns that span diverse markets, industries and client bases. We're looking for someone who is open-minded and adaptable, comfortable engaging with perspectives, subject matter and audiences that may differ from their own experience or values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content

  • Manage and schedule content across Pureprofile's LinkedIn channels
  • Draft engaging social media copy and captions
  • Monitor social engagement and identify opportunities to participate in relevant industry conversations
  • Assist in creating blogs, articles, newsletters and other marketing content
  • Support the promotion of company research, reports, webinars and events

Marketing Support

  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Help coordinate marketing projects and campaigns
  • Support the creation of internal communications and company presentations
  • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and content schedules
  • Work with designers and other stakeholders to deliver marketing assets

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor and industry research
  • Monitor media coverage, PR activity and company announcements
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance
  • Help identify content opportunities and emerging marketing trends

Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and marketing team
  • Assist with administrative marketing tasks as required
  • Contribute ideas and creative input across campaigns and projects
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed


ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to build a career in marketing. You'll enjoy writing, social media and content creation, and be excited to learn from an experienced marketing team.

You have a genuine curiosity and openness to working across diverse topics, clients and markets, and enjoy learning about subject matter that may be new or unfamiliar to you.


Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for a business brand or organisation
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research and marketing workflows
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, Canva and/or email marketing platforms is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related discipline


Work Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM AEST/AEDT
