We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Consultant - client-facing role with a solid background in a Marketing Agency who will be a driver of customer success, business growth for our niche portfolio of B2B technology clients.


Job Description

Level 2

Job responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and a positive experience.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and uphold service levels.
  • Monitor client accounts and transactions, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  • Provide clients with product/service information, updates, and training as required.
  • Manage client complaints and escalate complex cases to senior staff when appropriate.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction, performance metrics, and feedback.
  • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of client service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards in all client interactions.


Requirements

  • Extra Language: French, Spanish, Portuguese, German
  • Proven ability to work in a virtual team
  • Ability to multitask and readiness to run several clients 
  • Experienced in email marketing 
  • Understanding marketing data and web leads
  • Familiar with digital marketing and social media best practices
  • Strong knowledge of platforms and campaign setup
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients during meetings.

  • Independently build and schedule email campaigns
  • Create landing pages and forms
  • Audience segmentation and list management
  • Build basic automation workflows
  • Set up paid ads with guidance (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
  • Plan and schedule organic social content
  • Pull reports and provide performance insights.
