The Role

HeyMax partners with everyone from yuu to banks, airlines, and hotels — and every partnership comes with marketing firepower behind it. That's where you come in.

You'll be the marketing engine for our Partnerships team. They close the deals and brief you on what's needed; you turn those briefs into campaigns that ship — fast, sharp, and flawless. And when the moment calls for it, you'll sit at the table with partners directly: pitching co-marketing ideas, shaping the campaign, and running it end-to-end from first whiteboard to final send.

This isn't a "pass it to another team" role. You own it — the brief, the copy, the creative direction, the CRM build, the deadline.

What You'll Own

  • Be Partnerships' go-to marketer — take briefs from the internal Partnerships team and turn them into ready-to-ship campaigns, juggling multiple partners and deadlines without breaking a sweat

  • Face partners directly when it counts — join partner discussions, propose co-marketing campaigns, and own them end-to-end from ideation to execution

  • Run a tight ship — timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, follow-ups. Nothing slips, nothing's late, nothing ships with a typo

  • Write the copy that works — EDMs, push, landing pages, co-branded assets. Clear, on-brand, and built to convert

  • Brief creatives like a pro — translate fuzzy asks into briefs so sharp the first draft is nearly the final one

  • Tell the story — connect partner offers to what members actually care about, and build campaign narratives around it

  • Ship CRM comms hands-on — segment, build, QA, deploy. Email, push, in-app, Telegram — you run the full pipeline yourself

You're Probably a Fit If

  • You've spent 3-5 years in B2B or partnerships marketing — loyalty, fintech, travel, or e-commerce a big plus

  • You're the most organized person in any room. Multiple partners, shifting priorities, tight timelines — you thrive there

  • You can hold your own in a room with a bank's brand team in the morning and a merchant's growth team in the afternoon

  • You write well, brief better, and spot the broken link before anyone else does

  • You've shipped CRM campaigns hands-on (Customer.io) — not just planned them

  • You'd rather own something end-to-end than hand it off halfway

  • Startups energize you. Ambiguity doesn't scare you. Speed is your default

Bonus Points

  • You've worked directly with banks, airlines, hotels, or big merchant loyalty programs

  • You know the APAC miles-and-points world (or you're one of us — a points nerd)

  • You've managed agencies or freelance creatives
