HubSpot Administrator and Developer – Key Requirements

  4. Integrations & Data Flow Management – Experience managing CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring seamless, reliable data flow between HubSpot and other systems with minimal disruption.
  5. Workflow & Automation Management – Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and incrementally improve complex workflows with a solid understanding of downstream dependencies and business impact.
  6. HubSpot Development (30%) – Working knowledge of API usage, CMS development, and AI Agent implementation to support periodic build requests and platform enhancements in collaboration with engineering teams.
  7. Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
