We do this alongside the Global Brand & Marketing Team, surrounded by industry experts and people who care what happens next. We're looking for a Motion Designer and Content Creator to join our Creative team in the production of content that helps bring our brand, campaigns, people stories and customer stories to life. In this role, you will develop high-quality motion graphics, video, static design assets and written content. You will work with marketers, stakeholders and other writers and designers to create content that is on brand, fit for channel and useful to our audience.
Principal Responsibilities:
Create motion graphics, video, static design assets and short-form written content.
• Turn briefs and complex subject matter into engaging stories.
• Support creative concepts, storyboards, scripts and content narratives.
• Design and edit video content from brief to delivery.
• Ensure all work aligns with Worley brand standards and accessibility requirements.
• Leverage emerging tools and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with the creative team.
What you’ll do:
Create motion graphics, video, static design assets and short-form written content for campaigns, customer engagement, thought leadership, employer brand and corporate brand initiatives.
Turn briefs, messages and complex subject matter into clear, engaging visual and written stories that work for the channel and audience.
Support the development of creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, treatments and content narratives from early idea through to final output.
Design and edit video content from brief to delivery, including motion design, editing, audio, captions, versioning and format adaptation.
Make sure every piece of creative work reflects Worley’s brand standards, tone of voice, accessibility needs and channel requirements
Use emerging tools, production methods and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, scalability and quality, while managing priorities and collaborating with the wider creative team.
What you’ll have:
5+ years of relevant experience in motion design, video editing, content creation, graphic design or adjacent creative roles, ideally in an in-house brand, B2B or advertising agency environment.
Good conceptual, storytelling and writing ability, with the judgement to help turn complex technical or business content into clear visual and written narratives.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of Audition, Media Encoder and Adobe Firefly preferred
Experience using AI image and video generation platforms such as Gemini, Veo or similar tools to support concept development, visual exploration, and production workflows, with sound judgement around quality, brand fit, copyright, ethical use and human oversight.
Capability in storyboarding, scripting, animatics, editing and motion design, including typography in motion, pacing and transitions, audio design and versioning for different formats and channels.
Strong writing and editing skills for short-form digital, video, campaign, social and presentation content.
Good design craft and attention to detail, with an eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, brand consistency, tone of voice and motion behaviour.
Experience creating content for platform-native environments including social, web, presentations, paid media and events, with an understanding of aspect ratios, cut-downs, subtitles and accessibility considerations.
Comfort working with stakeholders, discussing creative rationale, responding to feedback and helping solve briefs effectively.
Good production discipline, including file organisation, asset management, version control and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Strong written English skills, with the ability to adapt content for clear, accessible communication across global audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Some understanding/familiarity with content best practices for LinkedIn.
A collaborative team member who is also comfortable working independently
Demonstrated experience or a willingness to work remotely as part of a global team.
Required qualifications:
Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in motion design, animation, graphic design, film, visual communication, content creation, writing or a related creative disciplina
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, design and content work across multiple formats and channels, including examples that show storytelling, writing input, brand application and final execution.
