Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing, feature validation, defect recreation, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience in a Healthcare environment is preferred, and knowledge of MMIS systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test cases based on approved test plans, project requirements, and design documents.

• Execute automation scripts as part of regression and validation processes.

• Perform defect root cause analysis, document findings, and verify defect fixes.

• Conduct in-depth UI and interface testing, including web services, APIs, and batch jobs.

• Perform backend/database testing using complex SQL queries to validate data flow, data accuracy, and storage integrity.

• Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production and testing issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare domain and familiarity with MMIS systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
