Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing, feature validation, defect recreation, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience in a Healthcare environment is preferred, and knowledge of MMIS systems is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed test cases based on approved test plans, project requirements, and design documents.
Execute automation scripts as part of regression and validation processes.
Perform defect root cause analysis, document findings, and verify defect fixes.
Conduct in-depth UI and interface testing, including web services, APIs, and batch jobs.
Perform backend/database testing using complex SQL queries to validate data flow, data accuracy, and storage integrity.
Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production and testing issues.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Healthcare domain and familiarity with MMIS systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
