Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States but must be available to travel to Washington, DC approximately once per quarter for in-person meetings, training, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, dedicated paralegal support to one Family Law attorney throughout all phases of family law matters.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for a seasoned Family Law Paralegal who can successfully balance two critical responsibilities: serving as the dedicated right hand to one Family Law attorney and providing effective leadership to the Family Law staff team.
The ideal candidate has substantial family law experience and does not simply wait for assignments. They anticipate what needs to be done, identify potential issues before they become problems, take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and follow through independently.
As a manager, they are approachable and collaborative while also comfortable setting expectations, delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and holding team members accountable.
Because this is a fully remote leadership role, we are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated stability, maturity, self-direction, and accountability throughout their careers. This position is particularly well suited for an experienced family law professional who enjoys substantive casework but is also ready to take ownership of a team and help drive the effectiveness and organization of a growing Family Law practice.
