Job Description
As a Managing Director within the Technology & Business Services (TBS) Investment Banking group, you will be responsible for originating and leading client engagements, driving revenue growth, and supporting the strategic direction of the practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, private equity sponsors, and boards, while leading transaction teams through the execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions. The Managing Director will be a hands-on leader deeply involved with deal teams in every aspect of mandates from sourcing though closing.
This role requires deep TBS sector expertise and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the most senior levels, generate new business, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers uncapped total compensation, with annual earnings typically ranging from $600,000–$3,000,000, depending on sourcing, origination, and execution performance. Bonuses are paid upon transaction closing or throughout the year as revenue is collected.
