- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones across multiple squads.
- Implement Agile methodologies and ensure sprint goals are met with high quality and velocity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency through effective reporting and communication.
- Establish coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement proactive alerting and logging strategies.
