About the Role

We're looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and scale LIV's demand engine—driving pipeline through paid media, inbound marketing, email and lifecycle programs, organic social, and campaign strategy. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor, and eager to apply AI to build a modern demand generation flywheel. You'll stand up campaigns from scratch, run experiments, read the data, and iterate without waiting for permission.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with sales leadership, revops, and cross-functional stakeholders including product and CX teams. You'll bring strong project management instincts, proactive communication, and the ability to move at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy—from awareness through to sales-qualified pipeline—and be accountable for pipeline targets.

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (event campaigns, BDR campaigns, paid social, display, retargeting, email, webinars, and content syndication) that drive measurable pipeline.

  • Manage paid media strategy and agency partnerships across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Email, Lifecycle & Marketing Automation
  • Own email marketing strategy and execution in HubSpot—including nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.

  • Build automated workflows that move leads through the funnel and surface.

  • Continuously test and optimize email performance to improve conversion rates at every stage.

Inbound Marketing & Website Optimization
  • Own the inbound lead generation engine—driving traffic, conversion, and pipeline through the website, landing pages, content, and organic channels.

  • Optimize the website for conversion: A/B test landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user flows to maximize lead capture and MQL conversion.

  • Support SEO and AEO efforts by aligning campaign strategy with organic growth initiatives.

Organic Social Media
  • Contribute to LIV's organic social presence—developing content on LinkedIn and other platforms that builds awareness and drives inbound engagement.

  • Amplify demand gen campaigns, product launches, and customer stories through organic social channels.

AI-Driven Demand Generation
  • Embed AI into daily demand gen workflows—campaign ideation, copy generation, audience targeting, performance analysis, and reporting.

  • Own the AI strategy for demand gen: identify where AI can accelerate speed, reduce cost, and improve results across paid, email, and inbound channels.

  • Build scalable, AI-assisted processes that allow a lean team to operate with the output of a much larger organization.

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting
  • Own demand gen reporting—tracking campaign performance, funnel conversion, cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and pipeline contribution.

  • Partner with revops to build dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into marketing's impact on revenue.

  • Partner with revops on lead handoff, attribution modeling, and pipeline forecasting.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with the VP of Product on launches and go-to-market campaigns; collaborate with CX to leverage customer stories and proof points.

  • Support sales and BDR teams with campaign-aligned messaging, lead intelligence, and enablement materials.

  • Work with the events team to build pre- and post-event demand gen campaigns around LIV's 50+ annual conferences.

Our tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude, Figma, Notion, Slack, Gong, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, Zoom, and GitHub.

Who You Are

  • A demand gen operator who thinks in funnels, experiments, and pipeline—not just clicks and impressions. You connect marketing activity to revenue and own your numbers.

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. 5–8+ years of experience.

  • An AI power user who already uses AI tools daily—and has a point of view on how AI will reshape demand generation over the next 2–3 years.

  • A strong project manager who keeps multiple campaigns, channels, and stakeholders moving without dropping balls. Proactive, organized, and relentlessly execution-oriented.

  • Deeply data-driven. You build your own dashboards, read your own reports, and make decisions based on evidence.

  • Comfortable at startup speed. You ship, learn, and iterate—and you're energized by the pace of a growth-stage company.

  • Collaborative and low-ego. You build strong relationships across teams and understand that demand gen is a team sport.

  • Experience building demand gen programs at an early-stage or growth-stage company—you know what it takes to build from scratch.

  • Experience scaling pipeline at a company where every dollar and every lead matters.

  • Advanced AI fluency: you've built AI-powered workflows, experimented with AI agents, or implemented predictive analytics in a marketing context.

  • Experience with event-driven demand gen—building campaigns that maximize ROI from conferences and field events.

  • Nice to have: Experience in fire safety, public safety, govtech, compliance, or adjacent vertical SaaS industries.
