EPCOR is looking for an experienced payments professional to lead education with a strong emphasis on Emerging and Faster Payments.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead the payments education function, set priorities, support team development and ensure our programs meet organizational and member needs.
You will:
Lead education on emerging and faster payments, including real-time and instant payments, digital wallets, account-to-account payments, open banking, embedded payments, tokenization, fraud technologies and other evolving trends.
Develop and deliver educational programs, webinars, workshops, publications and learning tools.
Research and create content covering emerging payments as well as ACH, cards, wires, checks, rules and regulations.
Present at conferences, seminars, webinars and industry events, representing EPCOR as a knowledgeable voice in the payments industry.
Provide expert guidance to members on payments rules, regulations, industry developments and emerging trends.
Create and maintain educational resources that support ongoing professional and industry learning.
Partner with internal teams on curriculum development, communications and member engagement.
Monitor changes across the payments landscape and translate complex developments into clear, practical information financial institutions can use.
Identify emerging topics and opportunities that can strengthen EPCOR’s education offerings and keep our members prepared for what’s next.
Travel up to 20%.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines payments expertise, communication skills, curiosity and a passion for helping others learn.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
4 years of experience in training, facilitation or public speaking.
Strong knowledge of payments systems, rules, regulations and industry trends.
Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities and work independently.
Payments certification such as AFPP, AAP, APRP, NCP or similar credential.
Preferred Qualifications
AFPP certification.
Experience with emerging payments, faster payments or payment innovation.
Experience developing educational content or programs for financial services professionals.
Experience presenting to financial institutions, industry groups or professional audiences.
