Manager of Learning Technology

Lead the strategy and evolution of Haskell’s learning technology ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee Haskell University, our Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, and related tools that support learning, performance management, career development, workforce insights, and talent analytics.

You’ll partner across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, HR, IT, business leaders, and vendors to turn business needs into scalable, connected technology solutions. You’ll also lead and develop the Learning Technology team.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for Haskell’s learning technology ecosystem, including platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and investments.
  • Lead the administration, optimization, governance, and ongoing evolution of Haskell University and related learning and talent platforms.
  • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and releases to create a seamless team member experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, business leaders, and vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and data-governance practices that turn learning, talent, and workforce data into actionable insights.
  • Lead the Learning Technology team and drive change management, adoption, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Instructional Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting or leading enterprise learning, talent, or HR technology.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS, talent management, and HR technology platforms; Cornerstone OnDemand experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, integrations, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge of learning technology standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI, along with AI applications in learning and talent management.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across HR, IT, business groups, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements 

 

While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and 
therefore, must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand,
walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds.
Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual
acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is
frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
