The Manager of Learning Technology will lead the strategy and evolution of the company's learning technology ecosystem, including the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. They will oversee system implementations, data governance, and team leadership to ensure scalable, connected technology solutions that support talent and workforce development.

Lead the strategy and evolution of Haskell’s learning technology ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee Haskell University, our Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, and related tools that support learning, performance management, career development, workforce insights, and talent analytics.
You’ll partner across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, HR, IT, business leaders, and vendors to turn business needs into scalable, connected technology solutions. You’ll also lead and develop the Learning Technology team.

While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and
therefore, must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand,
walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds.
Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual
acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is
frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
