We are seeking a Manager, Health Plan Technical Delivery to lead a team responsible for delivering healthcare data integrations across trading partners, vendors, and direct submitters. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends people management, technical expertise, and delivery ownership.

This individual will oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from requirements and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-production support—while serving as a key escalation point for complex delivery and client issues.

The role requires strong technical acumen in healthcare data (X12/HIPAA), the ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and the leadership presence to guide teams through high-pressure situations while maintaining confidence with stakeholders.

Why you want to work on this team:

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a critical area of the business that directly impacts customer delivery and operational success. You’ll play a key role in shaping how implementations are executed and how teams collaborate across the organization.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenging problems, and wants to lead a team through meaningful, high-impact work.

To be qualified for this position you:

• Strong experience working with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions
• Experience with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flow across systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and escalations
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments (not strictly “by the book”)
• Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and customer escalations with confidence and composure

You will set yourself apart with:

• Experience leading teams responsible for implementation lifecycle delivery (requirements through production)
• Ability to balance technical depth with strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience driving process improvements, workflow efficiency, and operational enhancements
• Background working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams

What you will be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of Implementation Analysts, including coaching, performance management, and regular 1:1s
• Partnering in a co-manager model to balance team workload, support delivery, and ensure team success
• Overseeing implementation delivery from intake through production and warranty support, ensuring successful outcomes
• Acting as the primary escalation point for complex client and production issues, driving resolution across teams
• Supporting release cycles, including occasional evening or weekend involvement when needed
• Driving improvements across processes, workflows, and tools to increase team efficiency and performance
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to address system gaps and improve delivery outcomes
