We are looking for highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Management Trainees who want to build a career in enterprise program management, client success, and business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to working with enterprise clients, AI consulting engagements, and large-scale capability development programs.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the leadership team and play an important role in ensuring smooth execution of client engagements and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of enterprise capability development programs and AI consulting engagements.
- Coordinate with clients, trainers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely program delivery.
- Manage project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, reports, and client deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow up with stakeholders to drive closure of action items.
- Maintain regular communication with enterprise stakeholders and support client relationship management.
- Track program progress, learner data, assessments, feedback, and performance reports where applicable.
- Support operational planning for workshops, training programs, consulting engagements, and AI product implementations.
- Assist leadership with business operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and professional writing skills.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Prior internship or project experience in operations, consulting, program management, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
