Do you have a passion for premium travel experiences and outstanding customer service? We're expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others plan unforgettable luxury vacations.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with clients to create customized travel experiences that reflect their preferences, lifestyle, and budget. You'll assist with planning everything from five-star resort stays and luxury cruises to private tours, European vacations, wellness retreats, overwater bungalows, and once-in-a-lifetime adventures. Every itinerary is personalized to deliver an exceptional travel experience from beginning to end.

Whether you're launching a new career or looking for a flexible remote opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and professional tools needed to help you succeed. No prior experience in the travel industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel interests, expectations, and preferred destinations
• Research luxury accommodations, premium cruise lines, private transfers, guided experiences, and exclusive vacation packages
• Create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client's goals and budget
• Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, dining experiences, and specialty services
• Present destination options, supplier promotions, and travel enhancement opportunities
• Monitor reservations, itinerary changes, and travel confirmations from booking through departure
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms
• Partner with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and ensure booking accuracy
• Maintain organized client profiles and reservation records using company systems
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
• Deliver exceptional client support before, during, and after each vacation

Qualifications

• Interest in luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, consulting, or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to learn online booking platforms and travel technology
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and growing professionally
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other hiring regions
