What You’ll Do
  • Support sales engagements with strong loyalty, CRM and retail tech expertise.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and bring GK Engage to life for prospects.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes with structured functional and technical input.
  • Contribute to Proof of Concepts and solution design for customer use cases.
  • Translate customer needs into clear solution concepts and product feedback.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and customers.
  • Help continuously improve demo setups and sales environments.
 
 
 What You Bring
  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or promotions.
  • Background in retail, eCommerce or omnichannel environments.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. presales, consulting, customer success).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical / solution concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in demos and stakeholder interactions.
  • Understanding of SaaS, CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Structured thinking and hands-on mindset.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
