About the Role:

Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to supervise MFT limited permit holders in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to guide emerging professionals while making a positive impact on the community through mental health support.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor MFT limited permit holders in their clinical practice.
Provide regular feedback and support to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.
Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to promote professional development.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
Facilitate case discussions and provide insights on client treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of supervision activities and client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a supportive environment.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current LMFT license in New York State.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.
Experience supervising or mentoring early-career therapists preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of current therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
Passion for helping others and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
