Live Chat Agent

Crowe LLP is seeking a professional and experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our customers through live chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.


• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.


• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.


• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department.


• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining service quality.


• Record customer interactions and update relevant customer information.


• Follow company communication, privacy, and customer-service guidelines.


• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.


• Maintain a positive, patient, and professional tone in all interactions.


• Meet established customer service, response-time, and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, chat support, call center, or a similar role is an advantage.


• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.


• Fast and accurate typing skills.


• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.


• Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, CRM systems, and other online tools.


• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer for remote work, if applicable.

Preferred Skills:

• Customer service experience.


• Familiarity with CRM and help-desk software.


• Sales or upselling experience.


• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays where required.
