Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a remote position.

Boutique litigation firm seeks to hire a litigation attorney, with two or more years of experience, to join their team.   
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but can be fully remote for California licensed attorneys. 
Litigation associate will be responsible for attending court hearings, conducting legal research. drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and responding to discovery, and other various tasks associated with litigation and trial work.  

Qualifications:

• Law Degree and Admission to the California Bar
  
• Experience conducting legal research and drafting motions
  
• Experience taking and defending depositions
  
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Preferred to be able to attend in person court hearings, site inspections, etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area
