About Greenberg Gross LLP
Greenberg Gross LLP is a premier plaintiff trial litigation firm with offices across multiple states, headquartered in Orange County, CA. Our firm is built on a commitment to fighting for survivors and holding wrongdoers accountable. As we continue to invest in legal technology that enhances how we serve our clients, we are implementing Litify and we are seeking a Litify Administrator to help lead that effort and grow into a broader role shaping our legal technology strategy over time.
Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated Litify resource at GG. You will own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our Litify environment, working directly with firm leadership to align the platform with how we run our practice. As the firm grows its legal technology footprint, this role is designed to grow with it - including the potential to build and lead a broader tech team over time. The responsibilities outlined below reflect the current core of the role, but we're looking for someone comfortable taking on new tools, projects, and priorities as our needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Configuration
- Serve as the primary administrator for the firm's Litify environment, managing all configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations
- Configure Litify objects, Lightning pages, page layouts, custom fields, quick actions, record types, and validation rules to support legal workflows
- Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other declarative tools to reduce manual work across intake, case management, and settlement processes
- Install, configure, and manage third-party AppExchange integrations and other platform connections (document management, e-signature, communication tools, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and org-wide security settings for onboarding and offboarding
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation; oversee data migration and import activities using tools such as the Apex Data Loader
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for attorneys, practice group leaders, and firm management covering caseloads, pipeline, productivity, and financial metrics
- Develop and enforce data governance standards and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Implementation & Project Management
- Lead the firm's initial Litify rollout in coordination with the Litify implementation team, managing project timelines, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live activities
- Participate in discovery sessions to translate attorney and staff workflows into platform configurations and solutions
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancement requests and bug fixes, communicating timelines and progress to stakeholders
- Conduct QA testing prior to deploying changes to production
Training, Support & Documentation
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert and first point of contact for Litify support questions and escalated tickets
- Develop user guides and trainings for staff
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform adoption, user experience, and operational efficiency across the firm
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison with Litify's support and customer success teams, managing the firm's relationship with the platform vendor
- Collaborate with firm leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Stay current on Salesforce and Litify product releases, evaluating new features for firm applicability
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities across the firm's broader technology and operations functions as they arise, and support other initiatives as needed

- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools
- Familiarity with data management tools including Apex Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What We Offer
- The opportunity to own and shape the firm's legal technology infrastructure from day one
- Collaborative, mission-driven environment
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with employer match
