Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator

AWISEE is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping clients run high-impact SEO and link-building campaigns. Our link-building and outreach teams identify high-quality domains and opportunities to improve client visibility online.
We are looking for a Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator to support our research and outreach teams by finding domains, entering and organizing data, and coordinating link-building campaigns. In this role, you’ll help scout new opportunities, manage domain data, and collaborate with the outreach team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, while also handling some tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Research & Prospecting
Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScrapeBox, BuzzStream, Instantly.ai, and manual research methods to identify high-quality domains and link-building opportunities.
You should be comfortable prospecting across different:

• Niches (SaaS, iGaming, Finance, Crypto, eCommerce, Healthcare, B2B, Tech, Local SEO, Legal, Travel, etc.)
  
• Geographies (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Nordics, APAC, and multilingual markets)
  

Experience with advanced Google search operators, competitor backlink analysis, SERP scraping, and finding hard-to-reach prospects is highly valued.
• AI-Powered Prospecting & Workflow Automation
Leverage modern AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms to improve productivity and streamline outreach operations.
Examples include:

• Using AI to qualify domains faster based on relevance and authority
  
• Generating personalized outreach angles at scale
  
• Automating prospect categorization and tagging
  
• Cleaning and enriching scraped datasets
  
• Creating outreach templates tailored to specific niches and GEOs
  
• Summarizing competitor backlink profiles and identifying gaps
  
• Speeding up QA checks for domain relevance and spam detection
  

Candidates who actively integrate AI into their workflows and can demonstrate real productivity improvements will stand out.
• Data Entry & Organization
Accurately input and manage domain and prospect information within spreadsheets, CRM systems, BuzzStream, Airtable, Notion, or internal databases while maintaining excellent data hygiene and organization.
• Support Outreach
Collaborate with the outreach team to provide verified opportunities, track campaign progress, monitor replies, and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
• Quality Assurance
Review and verify domains for:

• Relevance
  
• Authority metrics
  
• Organic traffic quality
  
• Spam indicators
  
• Link placement opportunities
  
• GEO and niche alignment
  

• Workflow Coordination
Maintain organized records, flag bottlenecks or issues quickly, and ensure smooth communication between research, prospecting, and outreach teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working for a Link Building or SEO Agency
  
• Strong experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScrapeBox, BuzzStream, Instantly.ai, and similar SEO/outreach tools
  
• Proven experience prospecting domains in multiple niches and international GEOs
  
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or workflow automation platforms
  
• Ability to demonstrate how AI or automation has improved efficiency in previous workflows
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing large datasets
  
• Comfortable performing repetitive prospecting and data-management tasks with consistency and quality
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams
  
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
