Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Lifestyle Travel Consultant. This role is centered on helping clients find vacation experiences that complement their interests, preferences, and personal travel style.

From relaxing resort stays and cruises to family adventures, couples escapes, group vacations, tours, celebrations, and international trips, you will help clients explore possibilities and coordinate the details needed to bring their plans together.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people, discovering new destinations, and providing personalized service. No previous travel industry experience is required, and comprehensive training resources are available.

What You'll Do

  • Get to know each client's vacation style, interests, priorities, preferred dates, and budget
  • Recommend destinations and experiences that align with individual preferences
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Compare available choices and highlight options that best fit each client's request
  • Provide useful information about accommodations, amenities, inclusions, and trip experiences
  • Help clients create personalized vacation plans rather than relying on standard packages
  • Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier and reservation resources
  • Organize confirmation information, schedules, and essential vacation details
  • Track reservation requirements, payment dates, and planning milestones
  • Maintain regular communication as clients prepare for their vacations
  • Review traveler information and arrangements for accuracy
  • Assist with routine questions, special requests, and reservation updates
  • Maintain organized records of client preferences, conversations, and arrangements
  • Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, vacation styles, and current offers

Qualifications

  • Personable with strong communication and listening skills
  • Enjoys learning about individual client interests and preferences

  • Able to manage multiple requests and follow-ups efficiently

  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Comfortable learning digital reservation tools and supplier platforms
  • Dependable, motivated, and interested in continued professional development
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying regions
