About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, goals, and preferred experiences
• Recommend vacation options including resorts, cruises, flights, tours, and curated travel packages
• Assist in organizing key trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Share relevant destination insights and planning support to help clients make informed choices
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms
• Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm reservations and updates
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client plans and itineraries
• Stay up to date on travel trends, seasonal offers, and destination highlights
• Support clients throughout the entire planning process from inquiry to confirmation

What We're Looking For

• Interest in travel, customer engagement, or service-based roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
• No prior experience required — full training is provided
