Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company that specializes in streamlining the lien process for personal injury law firms. We are looking for proactive, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team.
We’re seeking an Agency Manager as part of our Shared Services lien resolution team to build and maintain relationships with Medicare, State Medicaid Agencies, managed care partners, recovery vendors, and private or other government lien representatives. This role will be responsible for relationship management and will oversee the operations of protocols and service level alignment tied to these partners, ensuring efficient coordination with Zipliens’ lien resolution efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced in navigating external agency coordination in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leadership on resolution strategy and protocol formation based on project requirements and client directives.
- Coordinate with the lien resolution operations teams regarding milestones, deliverables, and timeframes as they relate to health plan agencies, and assist with client communication when appropriate.
- Track the progress of health plan agency resolutions to ensure:
- Program/protocol requirements are being met
- Non-program/protocol resolutions are meeting the company’s internal service level standards
- Any delays or anticipated obstacles are identified and appropriately escalated
- Create and maintain a master directory of health plan agency profiles, identifying key contacts at each agency along with essential data points and operational details for each relationship.
- Integrate master directory items into operational applications and update/monitor as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for health plan agencies, including serving as the authorized representative for agency portal/account access.
- Maintain regular communications and own agency relationship meeting coordination to ensure protocol adherence, relationship monitoring, and proactive issue identification.
- Assist other operations team members with the creation, production, and dissemination of reports for clients and health plan agencies.
- Participate in and contribute to regular meetings with the tech/development team related to the ongoing build-out of the company’s portal. Collaborate with the tech/dev team on tool implementation and issue identification/prioritization as they arise.
- Assist with miscellaneous lien resolution activities on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations, within lien resolution, Medicare/Medicaid coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Experience working with technical data and resolving data-related issues with internal teams.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator across legal, operations, and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external agency partners.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel minimally (1–2 times per year) as required.

Pay Disclosure: The total base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually with an opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.
