We are now looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Questionnaire Licensing Expertwith a strong background in licensing of standardized assessments, surveys, and psychometric tools, and clinical research experience.


The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of licensing agreements, copyright regulations, and usage rights for research instruments. This role involves managing relationships with licensors, overseeing compliance, negotiating terms, and being part of a team responsible for questionnaire procurement, documentation, and usage governance.


Key Responsibilities:


Stakeholder Support & Communication

  • Advise clients and internal project teams on appropriate instrument selection based on licensing and usage constraints.

  • Respond to internal and external queries related to questionnaire rights and licensing compliance.

  • Prepare reports and summaries of licensing activities for senior leadership and audits.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in licensing, intellectual property management, or questionnaire governance in eCOA vendor, pharma, or clinical research environments, with 3+ years in a leadership or team management role.

  • Knowledge:Strong understanding of copyright, licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, linguistic validation and research compliance.

  • Communication:Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with licensors and internal stakeholders.

  • Documentation:Skilled at drafting and reviewing licensing agreements, MOUs, and usage guidelines.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with psychometric instruments, academic research tools, and eCOA platforms.

  • Background in legal, publishing, or compliance departments.

  • Knowledge of international licensing norms and open-access frameworks.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Management, Library Science, Psychology, or related field.
