Position Overview
We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Ideal candidates are compassionate, clinically skilled, collaborative, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical expertise and client needs.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's presenting concerns.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships and create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians, leadership, and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards in accordance with licensing requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and professional development opportunities.
- Manage an outpatient caseload while maintaining quality client care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Current, active Mississippi clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and professional growth.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
