LG and Samsung Smart TV Developer

A highly motivated individual who has in-depth knowledge of design and architectural patterns, devises smart TV application development methodologies, is the one we are looking for. Key Responsibilities 

This includes but are not limited to:

• Build dynamic web-based LG and Samsung Smart TV applications with JavaScript frameworks.

• Have in-depth knowledge of design and architectural patterns and know when to apply them.

• Have strong communication skills in order to bounce ideas and solutions off of peers and know when to ask for help.

• Devise Smart TV application development methodologies, testing practices, tools and implementation.

• Create prototypes of new ideas and explore new technologies at the forefront of Smart TV platforms.

Requirements

This includes but are not limited to:

• 5+ years of software development in applicable technologies OR 2+ years of working specifically on set-top or OTT platforms.

• Previous experience with LG and Samsung Smart TV development

• Proficient at generating code in existing codebases and from scratch.

• Experience building solutions that utilize NoSQL databases and distributed caching technologies.

• Experience deploying and scaling within a cloud infrastructure.
