Level 1 Behavior Services Clinical Supervisor

Embracing Abilities is seeking a Level 1 Behavior Services HSPP Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for Behavior Services provided through our Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs.

This is a fully remote 1099 contract position for a qualified professional who is licensed and located in Indiana. Responsibilities include reviewing behavior service plans, providing clinical oversight, and completing required plan reviews and signatures in accordance with applicable program requirements.

Compensation: $17.50 per 15-minute unit

*Plans are billed based on the time required to review and sign each plan

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet ONE of the following:

• Option 1 - Licensed Psychologist
  • Licensed Psychologist with an endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)

OR

• Option 2 - Licensed Clinical Professional
• At least 5 years of experience supervising BCs providing Behavioral Support Services (BSS) in HCBS settings, AND
• One of the following licenses:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Must be licensed and located in Indiana.
• Experience with Indiana Medicaid and HCBS programs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Ability to review and sign plans and complete required documentation within established timeframes
