Job Description:

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Legal SME supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), you will be trusted to oversee the legal requirements for data sharing for the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) members (Partner) and the Trusted Third Party (TTP).

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Legal Subject Matter Expert, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). You will play a crucial role in the oversight of legal documents that govern the data of our partners further strengthening trust in our partnership.

● Support reviewing and finalizing legal documents that strengthen the TTP relationship with data sharing Partners
● Collaborate with the HFPP Leadership, Partner Engagement Team, and HFPP Private Payer Partners on finalizing required legal documents.
● Drive the finalization of key legal documents that impact the partners ability to share and GDIT's ability to govern data
● Utilize Microsoft Suite

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your legal expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Director and Counsel must have:

● Education: Juris Doctorate
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to management level staff.

● Technical skills: Knowledge of data sharing agreements and healthcare preferred
● Role requirements: Travel 10%

The likely salary range for this position is $170,144 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
