Speaks Law Firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Coordinator to join our legal team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process and contributes to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. This role requires handling a high volume of phone calls. Must be able to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends from 5pm - 11pm. This is a remote position and candidates must currently reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Respond to all client inquiries by phone, email, chat, etc. in a timely manner
Engage in warm and professional conversations with potential clients
Build rapport, establish trust, and ensure clients feel heard and understood while walking them through the intake assessment
Effectively communicate the firm’s vision, mission, and core values to potential clients
Set up new client case files in CSM
Confirm receipt of all relevant documents (i.e., legal documents, medical records, billing records, lien information)
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and information in our database
Assist with documentation, data analysis, conversion rates, and client referrals
Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and subsequent reporting
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case to facilitate efficient case management
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm preferably personal injury preferred
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Experience with SmartAdvocate a plus
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Attention to detail and ability to multitask while handling a high volume of phone calls
Must have a passion for customer service and advocating for our clients

Compensation:
The is a full-time hourly position starting at $19 depending on experience.
