Legal Counsel - GSA (Remote)

Job Summary

Ready to take the next step in your career? As a Legal Counsel for our GSA region, you’ll work on high impact initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale one of the most exciting growth phases in our company’s history.

Responsibilities:

• Provides day-to-day legal support for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, partnering closely with Commercial, Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance teams.
• Supports the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, SOWs, HCP engagements, consultancy and sponsorship arrangements, distributor-related matters, and marketing activities.
• Assists with legal and compliance reviews, promotional material approvals, privacy and matters, and helps identify and manage legal risks in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Education and Experience: 

• Qualified German Lawyer
• Demonstrated firm and/or inhouse experience
• Experience with commercial transactions, direct to consumer transaction experience is desirable. 
• Experience working within a regulated industry, previous in-house experience with medical device or other life science company an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage legal risks for complex strategic transactions.
• Fluent English and German, other European languages a plus.
