Legal Consultant - PRC Qualified, Hong Kong (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - PRC qualified, to join us in Hong Kong and provide part-time support to our Fortune 500 clients. This is an excellent opportunity for talents who are seeking more flexibility:

• Ideally, 2-6 (+) years’ PQE with PRC qualifications, familiar with drafting, reviewing, or advising on commercial contracts, gained either within private practice or in-house.
• Excellent Mandarin capabilities (written and spoken).

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing legal support on corporate transactions.
• Maintaining and updating documentation with the most recent regulatory requirements.
