Legal Consultant - Ethics & Compliance

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Ethics & Compliance to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• provide legal and compliance advise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee control systems for legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 10+ years experience in Investigations / Regulatory / Compliance work.
• Experience with Conflicts of Interests, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, Due Diligence.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Tech, or Data Centers.
