Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Tewkesbury, GBRWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key global compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role is critical in ensuring our enterprise compliance programs meet regulatory requirements, align with industry standards, and are effectively embedded across the organisation. This role is fully remote.

You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong track record in delivering global programmes across third-party risk, anti-bribery and corruption, and conflicts of interest. You combine technical expertise with a practical approach, translating complex regulations into effective, real-world solutions.
