You'll follow an established process to generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs, connect with prospective clients, conduct brief introductory conversations, share program information, and provide thoughtful follow-up throughout the decision-making process.

This is an independent role rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Experience in leadership, learning and development, people development, client relationships, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
  
• Genuine interest in leadership and personal development
  
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  
• Comfortable connecting with and speaking to professionals from a variety of backgrounds
  
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems
  
• Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results
  

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Full training is provided.
