Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer in Lebanon, you will play a key role on our client engagements. That means working with the product and design teams to help clients figure out the best solution to meet their needs and the needs of their end-users. You’ll manage the development and deployment of cutting-edge software platforms and in producing high-quality, scalable, and optimized solutions. You will also guide and coach direct reports to help them advance in their career development.

We value candidates with strong full-stack knowledge, AI driven development, while also appreciating deep expertise in a specific area such as backend, frontend, DevOps, or other specialized domains.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Driven Development: Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate coding, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver high-quality software.

• Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications. Implement high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions using different programming languages, like React, React Native, and Node.js.

• Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases. Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery.

• Architecture: Architect solutions that are modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable. Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the latest industry best practices and standards.

• Code Reviews: Lead code review sessions and mentor engineers, helping them elevate their technical skills and adhere to coding best practices.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the full-stack development realm. Drive the adoption of new techniques, tools, and practices to continuously improve our systems and processes.

• Client Communication: Handle and communicate effectively with clients to align expectations and provide technical guidance.

• Career Development: Support the career growth and professional development of direct reports through coaching, mentorship, and guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering product-centric software solutions.

• Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms.

• Strong full-stack knowledge.

• Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization.

• AI driven development.

• Managing direct reports.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools.

• Experience with Cloud deployment and management.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
