Role Overview

We are looking for a powerhouse Lead - Growth & Demand Marketing to drive inbound demand and pipeline through content, SEO, conversion optimization, and outbound email marketing. This role will own execution across the full funnel and work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to support LoginRadius’ growth objectives.This is a pure Individual Contributor role, requiring deep execution capability and strong cross-functional collaboration.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities
1) Content Marketing
  • Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for:

    • Blogs focused on CIAM, security, developer, and enterprise audiences

    • Guides, eBooks, and gated assets for lead generation

    • Webinar content including themes, landing pages, promotions, and follow-ups

    • Campaign and product landing pages

    • Social media content aligned to demand generation and distribution goals

  • Ensure content is aligned with LoginRadius’ ICPs, buyer journeys, and SEO priorities

  • Collaborate with content marketing team, product and sales teams to create content that supports pipeline and deal acceleration

2) SEO – On-page & Programmatic
  • Own on-page SEO for blogs, landing pages, and core website pages

  • Plan and execute programmatic SEO initiatives to scale organic traffic and inbound leads

  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and internal linking optimization

  • Track and improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead conversion from SEO

  • Work with engineering teams to support technical SEO improvements when required

3) Conversion Optimization
  • Drive conversion improvements across:

    • Landing pages and gated assets

    • Website journeys and CTA

    • LiveChat and conversational lead capture

  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead quality

  • Run A/B tests and analyze funnel performance to reduce drop-offs

  • Use data and user behavior insights to continuously improve website and campaign performance

4) Email Marketing
  • Own lifecycle and campaign email marketing including:

    • Drip and nurture campaigns

    • Automation and engagement workflows

    • Conversion-focused email journeys

  • Manage segmentation, personalization, and lead scoring within marketing automation tools

  • Optimize email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) through testing and analysis

  • Align email programs with content, SEO, and demand generation campaigns

What You Bring?


  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand marketing

  • B.Tech, BE, or equivalent qualification (engineering, computer science, or related field preferred)

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for developers and enterprise buyers

  • Hands-on experience across content, SEO, CRO, and email-led demand generation

  • Comfortable working with product and engineering teams to understand features, APIs, and technical differentiators

  • Working knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and SaaS

  • Proven track record of driving inbound demand and pipeline growth

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute end-to-end Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to developer, security, or enterprise SaaS audiences

  • Familiarity with CIAM, cybersecurity, or identity management products

  • Experience supporting global markets, especially North America,APAC
