Your Mission:

  • Hands-on Art Creation:
    Independently creating high-quality game content, ranging from concepts, design, and illustrations to animation and final visual assets.

  • Art Review & Quality Assurance:
    Conducting regular art reviews, thorough quality control of graphics at all stages of development, identifying errors, and promptly correcting them independently (hands-on fixes).

  • Team Mentorship & Development:
    Training, mentoring, and professional development of specialists within the art team, improving their skills, and sharing best practices.

  • Art Production Management:
    Overseeing the full cycle of game product creation by the Art Department (from concept to integration).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Coordinating the Art Department’s work with developers, game designers, and the product team to ensure visual consistency.

Your Unique Contribution:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of experience working in iGaming. A big plus is experience in game studios.

  • Expert Domain Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of the specifics and full development cycle of games in the Slots, Crash Games, and other relevant game genres.

  • Solid Portfolio:
    A strong portfolio demonstrating real hands-on experience in creating game art (2D/3D, UI, illustrations, animation).

  • Leadership & Mentoring Skills:
    Experience managing the quality of other designers’ work, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring (experience in a Senior or Lead role is a plus).

  • Software Proficiency:
    Expertise in specialized software for creating graphics and animations (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine 2D/After Effects, Figma, etc.).

  • Process Understanding:
    Understanding of the graphics development pipeline, from concept to asset slicing and optimization for the game engine.
