with at least 2 years of leadership experience

• Experience leading one or more project/workstreams.

• Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience structuring and managing the team's work end-to-end.

• Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.

• Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.

• Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Hands-on profile with the ability to balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Candidates can come from consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles. What is important is that they have experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders.

Purely administrative profiles would not be a fit. We are not looking for candidates whose experience is mainly administrative, operational, process-oriented, or purely technical.

Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
