Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Lead Abatement Worker
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the safe removal,
containment, and disposal of lead-based materials in residential,
commercial, and industrial properties while following all OSHA, EPA, and
state regulations.

Responsibilities
● Perform lead abatement, remediation, and containment procedures
● Prepare work areas using proper containment and safety methods
● Safely remove lead-based paint, dust, and contaminated materials
● Operate tools and equipment related to abatement work
● Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards at all times
● Properly dispose of hazardous materials according to regulations
● Wear and maintain required PPE and respirators
● Complete daily job site documentation and reports
● Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
● Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications
● Previous lead abatement or construction experience preferred
● EPA Lead Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
● Ability to use hand and power tools safely
● Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor

● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
● Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required

Work Environment
● Indoor and outdoor work environments
● Exposure to construction dust and hazardous materials
● Must be comfortable wearing protective equipment for extended
periods
● Frequent standing,bending, and lifting

Schedule
● Full-time
