Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client population
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with client needs and goals
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent required
Independent licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Experience providing direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar approaches
Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening abilities
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines
