Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, experienced Sr Benefits Administration Analyst to join our LATAM Benefits team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing optimization, and operational governance of benefit plans across LATAM, serving as a premier regional Subject Matter Expert to ensure global corporate consistency is seamlessly integrated with vital local relevance.
You will join a collaborative and strategic regional benefits team dedicated to executing advanced operational workflows, driving proactive vendor governance, and championing a frictionless, high-impact "Mountaineer" employee experience.


What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Advanced Benefits Administration: Lead complex, multi-region lifecycle management for benefit plans, including new vendor implementations, annual open enrollments, critical plan renewals, and high-tier employee escalation resolution.

  • Vendor Governance & Billing Oversight: Drive high-quality service delivery by holding vendors accountable to established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, while overseeing the regional benefits billing ecosystem and purchase order setup.

  • Compliance & Audit Leadership: Monitor changing statutory landscapes to establish compliance obligations for all regional benefit and paid time off programs, while leading regional readiness initiatives to ensure data is audit-ready.

  • Communications & Data Analytics: Author high-impact localized benefit communications, partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources leaders, and synthesize demographic and utilization data into sophisticated analytics for executive dashboards.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 to 7+ years of extensive and proven experience managing uninsurable benefits across the LATAM (specifically in Colombia and Chile), México, Argentina, Peru and Brazil will be a great differential.

  • Strong knowledge of aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and intricate benefit plan documents, alongside practical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow platforms.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills within a matrixed global multinational environment.

  • An innovative mindset dedicated to digital transformation, process automation, and managing competing high-stakes priorities.

  • Fluent English, with proficiency in Spanish. Portuguese being highly advantageous (submit your cv in English)
